First, after you have chosen a package that suits your budget and needs, we start by asking you some preliminary questions. This is followed the next day by our New Client Questionnaire, in which you answer relevant questions that will give us a clearer picture of what you are trying to achieve. After completing the questionnaire and paying, it's up to you to choose a date and a time for your first meeting over Zoom.
During this meeting is the briefing stage. Now is your opportunity to ask any questions that are playing on your mind about the process, as well talking through your goals and desires for the project more explicitly. This is a key stage as it allows us to better understand you as a person and start to really formulate a plan that is perfect for your needs.
After this meeting comes the design phase. This step can take up to 2-3 weeks, depending on the size of the project, and is the time in which the ideas really start to come to life. We carefully curate a selection of pieces and products suited to your brief and budget and show you how to properly use them in the space. Once this stage is completed, the ideas are presented to you, in the comfort of your own home.
Then comes the final stage, refinement. In this stage we work closely with you to amplify or diminish design choices, until the design is as perfect as can be. This ensures that our design choices work for you as well as they can, and we create a space in which you feel comfortable and happy.
